Abstract
The study aims to investigate the role of transformational leadership style in knowledge management and achieving goals of organizational resilience together with organizational innovation. Based on hypotheses, analyses have been performed including partial least square for in order to examine the hypotheses. The sample in the intended cross-sectional study comprised of primary data, that has been collected from managerial employees in IT companies of Pakistan. There is empirical indication of mediating role of practices between transformational leadership styles and knowledge management in order to sustain resilience of technology oriented companies.
