Abstract
A new species of the genus Stephanoprora larkanensis sp.n. parasitizing Vanellus indicus, Redwattled lapwing reported form Larkana, Sindh, Pakistan. The new species is characterized by having: different body size, large oblong shaped acetabulum, prepharynx absent, esophagous start below the pharynx and bifurcates in the middle of acetabulum, ovary median, rounded and pretesticular, both testes are small, rounded, tandem and situated in the middle of body, behind the ovary, vitelline follicles commence below the acetabulum and extend to the posterior part of the body.
