Surrogacy is completely scientific process through which
a woman act as an incubator for another couple or
otherwise, it is most modern cure for infertility either in
women or men also world widely accepted and practiced.
The paper tells the process of surrogacy and views of
Muslim Scholars on surrogacy. International Fiqq
academies and organization vehemently rejected and
condemned this process, they considered it as unlawful
sexual intercourse(Zina) because of “Ikhtlat e Nasb” and
quote large number of verses and ahadith. Those Scholars
rejected all dimensions like practicing this process by
doctors, trade of sperms and eggs, taking lease on wombs
etc. A few scholars also support this process on some
conditions. FSC Pakistan declared surrogacy and
practicing it by any mean is illegal.
