Abstract

Sufism has sometimes been considered influenced by
Christian asceticism. Muslims scholars have taken it into
account as it was the of Christian and Muslim perceptions
of valuelessness and nothingness of this worldly life. To
some extent it can be justified with the reference of
“Nussak”, a group of pious people appeared sudden after
early decades of emergence of Islam. Later the scenario
happened to be changing as the Sufis started proving
superiority of Islam on Christianity. They used to preach
Christian monks and tried to invite them to embrace
Islam. They visited Christian’s churches as well. Examples
of various Sufi saints can be presented in this regard. In
this study, those Sufi scholars have been presented with
Syed Adeel shah. (2019) Sufis approach of proportion of Islam among the followers of Christian, Hazara Islamicus, Volume 8, Issue 2.
