Abstract
Roshan Naginvi (1925- 1989) is considered one of the best poet of Urdu
language and literature. His poetry consists of different sub-genres as ghazal,
nazim, qita, rubi, geeth, etc. His poetry used to be published in the well-known
Urdu literary journals, but unfortunately, none of his poetic works have been
published. He has eight unpublished and one published poetics work. The critics
have acclaimed his status. All of his poetry which is lying scattered in hand -
writ is needed to preserve in the form of KULLYAT and to present his poetry
according to the principles of text editing
