Abstract
Urdu Ghazal has preserved each tendency philosophic, scholastic,
internal, external, romantic, aesthetic, imaginative, spiritual, political, social,
and theological in the pages of history; even it has moulded philosophic,
mystic, scientific, and labour-friendly issues in its artistic structure along
with, demands of the period, multi-dimensional and multifarious categories
of the attitudes. It is evident that these all attitudes are articulated in the
poetic expressions pivoting the vast directions which contain diverse
colours and forms. To the extent of Ghazal, the creative movement that
surged from the womb of industrial revolution during 1970s became
representative of the labour-friendly poetic style and in consequence, the
obligation to represent the working-class was rendered very effectively by
numerous poets in the spectrum of altering economic conditions of the time,
the same contribution of a few epoch making poets, in creative process, in
thought and art, has been dealt with and undertaken in this treatise.
