Abstract
The creator of many published and unpublished books,
Younas Mateen had great affiliation with poetry since his
childhood. That is why even in his early age, his poetry
was published in literary magazines and journals.
Instead of writing in one specific poetic form, he used
diverse poetic styles in his verses. As he is a prolific
poet, the beauty of expression is his strong artistic
quality. He imparts new meanings to words with multiple
contexts. His poetry is replete with various experiments
of form. He motivates the readers for constant struggle
and urges them to keep the hopes alive. Basically
YounasMateen is known for his poems. Artistic and
literary strength of his poetry is testimony of his talent as
a great poet. Inspite of being local poet and some of his
artistic flaws, he is galloping swiftly in the field of poetry.
He is striving hard to establish his unique identity.
