تلخیص
Present study was executed to examine the moderating effect of organizational politics (POP) in relationship of perceived transformational leadership (TRF) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). A sample of public sector university teachers (N = 494) from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab provinces of Pakistan was selected through convenient sampling procedure. Present study operationalizes the constructs through Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5X; Bass & Avolio, 1997), Organizational Politics Scale (Kacmar & Carlson, 1997), and OCB Scale (Lee & Allen, 2002). Hierarchical regression analysis demonstrated that organizational politics and its facets i.e. general political behavior (GPB) and pay and promotion policies (PPP) significantly moderated between perceived transformational leadership and OCB and strengthened the positive relationship between them. Certain limitations and suggestions have also been discussed to convene future research
