تلخیص
This study examined the j!actors afj'ecting universiry teachers' time management skills in public sector universities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The researcher used descriptive surve)› design in this study. A stratified random sample of 374 teachers from seven public sectors universities participate‹l in the .study. Data were collected through a sel[-developed que.stionnaire. The results show that university teacher.s have moderate level of time management skills. Similarly,teachers' gender, age and teaching experience have nostatistically significant effect on their time management practices. It was recommended that university teachers should participate in diff!erent trainings, workshops anJ seminars in order to improve their skill.s.
