Samuel William Fallon (1817-1880) was an outstanding Urdu (Hindoostani)
British lexicographer in Sub-continent. He compiled some bilingual
Hindoostani-English dictionaries. His ever-season dictionary: A New
Hindustani Dictionary bring a revolution in Urdu lexicography especially in
spoken languages. For compiling this dictionary he gathered some great
scholars. This paper discusses the descriptions of theses scholars.
