The areas effected by tradition
Abstract
Islam is a universal religion for all the people of all the times, therefore
It needs to have some flexibility so that the people of different locality and
different times may adjust themselves according to spirit of Islam.
For this purpose Islam has given considerable attention to the traditions
of the people in solution of different problems. It allows all those
traditions to be copied and acted which are according to the spirit of Islam
and banned those which are contrasting to the Islamic rules. For
This purpose the rules for tradition to become a part of the Islamic
jurisprudence is necessary to be known.In the following lines these rules will
indicated and axplained.
