Abstract
In the history of this world, Islam is the only religion that has laid great stress on education .The first word of revelation was “ IQRA” means “read” which suggest the importance of human enlightenment and education in islam. Education is not only based on religious beliefs and knowledge but also on worldly knowledge ;the knowledge of pen. Islam has emphasized on acquiring education not only to men but equally to women .It has been made obligatory for every Muslim to acquire education without any gender discrimination .Islam is the only religion which has given equal set of rights to women as to men ;wheather it’s the matter of social ,religious or gender beliefs .Women are equally important pillar of society and without their contribution no ideal society can exist .So In this article we will discuss about women education ,its importance and Nabvi methodology. Moreover we will discuss how it is applicable in today’s world.
