The word which is most commonly used to refer to the content of Jewish religious tradition is "Torah". The basic meanings to "Torah" is instruction, teaching and it is usually used in the specific sence of authoritative or divine teaching. Present study sheds lights upon the preservation and the compliation of "Torah' during critical phases and periods. Along this, the research also highlights the external attacks and several times destructions of Israel by their enemies. Particularly the crucial attack of Banukadnazar,who behaved mercilessly to end Judaism and Torah as well, eventually he e x c i l e d t h e J e w s i n B a u l ( I r a q ) a s prisioners, which was the kingdom of Banukadnazar.In sum, the article has a detailed discussion about the authentication of present Torah in the light of sound historical perspective.
