Abstract
Before advent of Islam, Arab culture was drown in some evil rituals and inhuman customs. The worst tradition was female infanticide. Some tribes of Arab were accustomed to this evil. The birth of a daughter was a disgrace to him. Hence it was an accepted tradition to bury a female child alive after birth. Islam eliminated this curse but in the pre-prophetic there were some pious persons who were against this tradition. They were very few in number, but the presence of such people in this era is also commendable. These people were of good nature and no matter how evil is spread in the society, the existence of such good people is a ray of hope.this also makes it clear that even when evil becomes common, one must stand up for good. This article is about the research of these righteous people۔
