Abstract
In the holy Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet (SAW) has mentioned
the virtues of the people, and the reward for their service. Human Welfare
is also involved in the survival and administration of the country.
Participating in the dissemination of religion, assisting educational
institutions, building mosques, establishing libraries and schools, building
shelters for orphans are included in welfare services. Issue of scholarships
for widows, hospitalization and medicines for the treatment of the sick,
providing assistance to those who are unable to obtain their rights due to
court costs, helping relatives and neighbors who are tight, supporting the
poor and orphans, paying for debt are appreciable in the seerah of holy
Prophet (peace be upon him). This article aims to highlight the Islamic
concept & practice of human welfare in the light of Prophetic life.
