Abstract
The current study deliberated to figure out the effect of job satisfaction as moderator between emotional intelligence and coreness of advice network of employees of organization. The results show enhancing effect of job satisfaction on relationship between emotional intelligence and coreness of advice network. It is concluded that as job satisfaction of employee increases the emotional intelligence also increases which increases the coreness of employee in advice network.
