Abstract
Islam is the pioneer ambassador of global peace and human rights. One of the fundamental commandments given in Islam is Islamic Diplomacy. The basis of which is establishing cordial relations between nations, by mean of political relations, trade, cultural tolerance and fundamental human rights protection is ensured.A main purpose of exchange of diplomatic delegations is to maintain an atmosphere of peace and order between different nations, to minimize the chance of war or conflict and to save the humanity from loss of lives and properties. One of the most important purpose of strengthening Diplomatic relations is to spread the message of Islam for other nations and make them aware to its message of peace and salvation. In this study, where the above mentioned objectives have been elaborated in the light of Seerahtul-Nabi, at the same time it illuminate howto reduce the atmosphere of contemporary disputes in the light of Diplomatic principles that directed by the Islamic Shariah. This study aims to promote the message of Islam in context of diplomatic relations in the light of Maqasid (high objectives of Shariah).
