Abstract
The jurisprudential Caution is one of the most important principles of the Islamic jurisprudence. Therefore, jurists used it mostly in many jurisprudential applications. But in spite this it has also some blameworthy shapes which make it a blameworthy caution in Islamic jurisprudence. So therefore, it is necessary to us to know its blameworthy shapes in Islamic jurisprudence. As for this paper, it describes its blameworthy shapes in Islamic jurisprudence. So by knowing these shapes we will be able to use this caution in contemporary Islamic jurisprudence matters without entering in its blameworthy shapes.
