Abstract
Army Public College of Management & Sciences (APCOMS), Rawalpindi, Pakistan ABSTRACT The principal objective of this study is to identify and evaluate the potential solutions to the problems in the traditional supply chain management in the Aviation Industry of Pakistan. The role of technology with Supply Chain Management is also discussed in this study. The data was collected from various Airline companies in Pakistan. The results indicate that e procurement and logistics are vital for supply chain effectiveness in aviation industry of Pakistan. Specific recommendations and implications are also discussed.
